Goodwill Helpers was created by me, Deniece from over 15 years of hands-on caregiving experience.
Over the years, I’ve worked closely with seniors and their families, and I kept seeing the same thing—care didn’t stop at bathing, meals, or supervision. People needed help keeping their lives organized. They needed someone reliable to manage appointments, stay on top of things at home, and simply be there consistently.
Families were doing their best, but many were overwhelmed—especially when balancing work, children, or living far away.
I started Goodwill Helpers to fill that gap.
I wanted to create a service that goes beyond basic care—something more complete. Not just helping with daily tasks, but helping seniors manage their day-to-day lives, and giving families real peace of mind.
Over time, my clients began to trust me with more than just care.
They trusted me to keep them organized.
To make sure things were handled.
To step in when they couldn’t.
